Gary Wilkinson – Surveyor

Our County Surveyor, Gary Wilkinson, is seeking re-election to this post. Quiet, unassuming, and efficient, Gary has served as our Surveyor for 3 years.  Also, he has worked in a similar capacity for Range West, Inc in Frisco since 1988, where he is now a project manager.  Gary received his Professional Surveyor license in 1996.

Interested in giving back to the community, Gary Wilkinson serves as Chairman of the Ten Mile Planning Commission and Chairman of the Countywide Planning Commission.  Gary is a member of the Rotary Club of Summit County, where he participates in a number of the Club’s fundraising efforts used to support a variety of projects. He organizes the Rotary District ski weekend at Copper Mountain, bringing together the exchange students in our district to experience Summit County and its winter sports.  In his free time he enjoys all Summit County has to offer.

Gary Wilkinson has been a Summit County resident since 1966 and loves this Rocky Mountain community.  He has skied, biked, hunted, hiked, surveyed or sailed from the top of Copper Mountain to the shores of Green Mountain Reservoir. He was elected to the Frisco Town Council in 2008.  He is interested in continuing to protect the property interests of Summit County and its residents and provide efficient government.  Gary seeks to have your endorsement of him in the November 2010 election.
